Reservation and cancellation policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings & is required at check-in.
Changes can be made to bookings however 24 hour notice of cancellation applies. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival date will result in forfeiture of the full booking amount unless the room is re-sold. If the room is re-sold the re-sold component will then be refunded. A 7 day notice period applies during peak periods.
